What to expect? This is a movement & sound journey experience led by @wistyheart where there is safe space for you to be guided into moving at your own pace with your own body. We start with a movement meditation warm up, move into power shaking medicine to dissolve and alchemize any expired or stagnant energies, liberation dance party, cool down with stretch flow, and end with a Reiki-infused sound bath shavasana to integrate all of your authentic expression and activations that you co-created.
